People seem to have forgotten that there's still the parrot, Bob Righter and these apparent secret rooms to come into play yet - it's only day 4 people! Once some more stuff starts happening, they'll have forgotten about the tree, and then it will be brought back. Problem solved.

He did get a bad attitude with the task where he didn't care for it and got a little hissy and ignorant about it.
I'm not turning on him either - but he could show a little interest and stop acting annoyed and bored about anything around him.
