live feed trouble

I JUST bought my live feed pass for the season, it registered fine and accepted my payment and what not. I checked and I'm in the right area for it geographically speaking. But when I go to watch it just comes up it's loading. Been like that for about 5 minutes now. Anyone else face this problem or have any suggestions as to what I should do?

strange because everything worked fine for me with registering and should be working perfectly but it's just blank, loading for like 10 minutes now :(

Restart it Mister G, something like that happened to me, and when I re-entered name and password it worked fine.

i had it free and i havent had any problems with mine, it has froze for a second or two now and again but when i log in it loads after a few seconds!:wavey:
