Former child actress Shabby quit the plush family home in Sherington, Bucks, to live in a squat and scavenge leftover supermarket grub in London.
Once a regular in films and ads, she lost out to Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan for a role in The Parent Trap - then went "off the rails" after the acting work dried up. The ex-classmate said: "Shabby's from a privileged background and the area she grew up in is very middle class.
"She's trying to stand out by saying she lives in a squat and making out she has nothing. But people who grew up with her know she's doing it for the shock factor."
The wannabe changed her name from Keeley Flanders to Shabby Eliot-Katchadourian.

It has also emerged Shabby and dancer Ife Kuku have more in common than their housemates imagine - as they went to the same secondary school.
Ife, 25, who was a backing dancer for Cheryl Cole on The X Factor, was in the year above her housemate at Ousedale School in Milton Keynes.
Ife was known there for her fiery temper and once ended up in a furious schoolyard scrap with another girl.

The problem with Shabby is that she is just plain unlikable. Not in some outrageous way or controversial way.
Just plain unlikable for she is all about 'me'. She is all about 'Shabby'. She is just there for her and about her.
Not even in some exciting fame-***** way or attention-seeker wackiness but just real plain ugly unattractive selfishness and nothing else.

I don't care for Rachael either but for me its a 'no-brainer' that Shabby is a downer who removes energy and spirit.
Shabby needs to go asap for a better season for all of us.
