Does anyone know what I can do to try and increase the amount of free space on the drive on the right hand side?

I had this problem. You'll either have to delete some large files (videos etc.) permanently, move some of the larger files into your E: drive, but you'll still be pretty low on memory, or you can purchase an external hard drive and shove all your big files on there and free up a load of space on your computer.

You'll have to uninstall/delete stuff from your computer.

Uninstall all of the programs you don't use, delete music you don't listen to etc..

Nothing, it's just the C: drive is what is used up first, your primary drive, your start up programs and computer's main software etc. are usually stored on there.
Your D:/E: are just extra hard drives to store information.
