Hmmm you might be on to something there actually, because JJ did hit it off with Ben almost as soon as they went in, and he seems very protective of him.

I really can't make up my mind if he actually fancies the arse off her as well though but just thinks she's a bitch and so is trying to bring her down to size and make her more likeable or something, he seems really caught up in running her down. Maybe he's been burnt in a relationship with someone like her before? He speaks the truth about her though, she does act like a bitch and give not just him but all the other girls filthy looks all the time.

What I find funny is that Ben has moaned how Ife, Camamam and Shabby all defended Rachael through this etc, yet it all started because JJ was defending him!
