Helen and a tattoo?

Ive seen a pic of Helen in the bb house, and it looks like she has a tattoo on the top of back just below her neck.

Is this a tattoo or is it just an odd picture?

I'm not sure, I'd say a necklace as I can't imagine Helen being the "type" to get a tattoo.
