What playlists do you use?

I've started making quite a few recently and would love some ideas - I find it helps me listen to music I generally ignore.

I don't have a play list, but I do play certain songs a lot more often, such as:

I have 3 playlists at the moment:
Best Songs Evaaaa - what it says on the tin.
Hot New Shizz - stuff I've discovered recently and particularly enjoy
and Recentish Ferocity - a playlist of songs that aren't that old, but are rather amazing, and I perhaps didn't give due attention upon their release.

I have ones called Belters,Love and Dance it Out. I have one for music used on Grey's Anatomy as well. Besides that I usually just make playlists with random songs.
