View Full Version : Conways can't lose

There is only one scenario left now (whilst the judges still have the final say) in which The Conways can leave.

That would be : The Conways v Shayne. Sharon would have the deciding vote, and she would probably chuck them out, considering her huge crush on Shayne.

If they are up against anyone else in the bottom two, they will be saved by Louis. Sharon just lost her last chance to kick them out.

Anyone agree?

Scary thought, Stropz, scary thought.

I know, but I just dont see how they can possibly leave now. Do you think Louis will ever vote against them when it's them against Sharon or Simon's act?

I don't think so Stropz. I think they would go against Shayne, JS and Andy and perhaps Brenda.

U really think that Louis would vote against them? Seriously?

I hope you are right!!!!! I really do!!!!

Not Louis but Simon would.

The best case scenario would be JS and Conways in the bottom 2 because Cowell prefers JS and so does Sharon.

All 3 would save Shayne.

I think Cowell would actually vote them out if they were against Andy.

I think Louis might vote them out next time, if they are against someone who is so obviously better. He keeps insisting that he did not vote with his passport (yeah, right), but if he keeps them in over JS, Brenda or Andy, nobody will believe him (not that they do anyway).

I think they will probley go this week or next week, because i do like them, but i think the judges will probley vote them out this week.

Sharon votes on the performance on the NIGHT, not performances from the weeks gone by.

The thing is, Louis might now feel that since he is already hated and accused of being biased, that he might as well just keep doing it, so therefore will save them again and again. He can't possibly get a worse reaction than he did the night he booted Maria out. Nothing to lose now. Already unpopular. That's how he might view it.

Yeah, I agree with this. Louis will jettison Andy, Brenda and Chico to keep the Conways in. Only Sharon and Simon's preference for Journey South will keep them in over the Conways.

The Conways could get to the final three on this basis, which is probably good enough for them - and Louis - to promote their careers a bit further.

:shocked:I never thought of that! You're right; he might feel 'in for a penny, in for a pound', and keep them in, whoever they're against (unless it's Shayne, and can anyone really see him being in the bottom two)? But I still hold out hope that if the Conways are up against Andy, Brenda or JS, Simon and Sharon might get rid of them. I know they are Simon's act, but I honestly think he would bin them if they were up against Andy or Brenda, and if they were up against JS he would definitely get rid of the Conways, because JS are by far the better group.

You know...... "Im in the mood for dancing, romancing...... oooohhhhhh I'm giving it all tonight"

It may be surprising to some, and they aren't by far my favourite contestant, but I'm almost certain I'll be voting for the Conways on Saturday for a few reasons:

1. It won't make a difference to who's in the bottom 2 anyway - and im a bit fed up with the X Factor hype.
2. I'd love to see the sight of Simon's face if he has to "work" with the Conways for another week!!

Of course it's your prerogative to do so, but wouldn't that just be a total waste of your money? Why not donate the money to a deserving charity such as the NSPCC instead, especially at this time of year?

I actually think it will be Shayne and the Conways in the bottom two this week. Have you noticed that the older people of the UK are voting more than the younger people?? Certainly none of the young people I am friends with or I just know seem to watch the X Factor!

Therefore, Andy + Brenda seem likely to go far, and I reckon JS are very talented and will get votes regardless. I think Shayne will end up in the bottom 2 with the Conways, the Conways will go, and Shayne fans will vote in their masses next week. This will leave Brenda and Journey South in the bottom two with Brenda going (Boo!) and we'll have Shayne, JS and Andy in the final 3.

I am SHOCKED :shocked::shocked::shocked:

But, in a good way, and boy am I glad to be wrong!!!!!!!

I never thought Simon would have the balls to do that. I applaud him. He has single-handedly restored credibility to the competition. He can clearly see that the public do not want the Conway Sisters in the competition and he made the right decision.

Despite what anyone might think of Simon Cowell, he is obviously good at his job, and nobody can take that away from him. The fact that he used professional judgement and not "loyalty" to make his decision earns him a whole lot of respect from the viewers.
