ask BB for a picture of her family?
I got a phone call from Endemol requesting for me to sign a form allowing Sunshine to take a pic of our family into the house (I have to sign it because I took the pic). It all seemed above board until I read the form:
''You hereby make the stills avaliable to the company and grant to the company the non-exclusive irrevocable right throughout the world for the entire period of copyright.... the right to copy, reproduce and to cut and edit''
It goes on, but in short they want full rights to the pic, any money obtained from the sale or publication of the pic, the right to manipulate the pic in any way they want. All seems a bit too dodgey consiering all she wants is the pic in the house (they dont even have to show it).
Either way, I have told Endemol to go **** themselves, but i'd be interested in knowing if Sunshine did actually request the picture, or if Endemol are trying to pull a fast one.
