Following her dramatic collapse in the jungle on Sunday, an ITV spokesperson has confirmed that Elaine will be kept in hospital for a second night.
The former EastEnders actress collapsed twice during the first 24-hours of the series.
Despite feeling much better, the decision was taken by the Production team that Elaine should see a second doctor, and therefore spend another night in hospital.
As yet, no decision has been taken about whether she will return to the show.
