Thing she'd do well to remember is that it didn't go too well for Lisa last year, did it?

The back-stabbing is worse this year - Josie is being a total two-faced witch.

Crying and going to the diary room after a bust up with Josie. He isnt in control of his emotions. He wants to be the big man ie trying to set up a team of his own. Realising that he's not the leader he thinks he is lands Ben right in it and while the fireworks go off stares directly at the floor.

To an extent you are right. However you dont exonerate yourself and leave another to take the fall in any situation. He was too selfish and naive to realise the implications of telling Josie what was being said. I stand by what I said he comes across as very weak. He could have been a man and stated "listen I wasnt bitching about you, you can either trust me or you cant its that simple"
