I think Ben actually did see Shabby do what she did. Maybe it wasnt what it was but I doubt Ben would have any idea John James would run round the house making sure everybody knew. If anybody is stiring its John James Govan and Josie because without them Shabby wouldnt have had a clue.

were you watching the show, JJ didnt run round telling every one, he had no choice as Josie thought his comment was aimed at her, as she walk in at an end of a conversation, so he had to explain really, as Josie was paranoid, there is a feed somewhere on forum of whole argument.

Ben is to blame, even if he didnt expected it to get so complicated, he tried to stir.

He was so obviously NOT trying to stir. He came out with what he thought Shabby had done in a rather heated conversation with JJ. Bens emotions were high at the time he wasnt thinking straight. To stir you have to be level headed and have intent. Ben had neither. It was a mistake that was taken way beyond what it needed to be.
