No he didn't he had no intention of telling JJ anything,he just lost it a bit when JJ was nagging him over the meal,it's easily done.

so what if he told her she had a right to know and jj would have most probably told her anyway
Stacey.

Because he told Shabby..... duh!
so in real life if someone had said that about your friend, you wouldn't go back and tell them what was said?
Govan's being normal. doing what most people would do. cus i know i would.
Ben and John caused it, not Govan.
he can't be blamed for everything!

So also in real life if someone rubbed their hands and was happy because your friend had got into an awful row you would tell them too surely? Just as Ben did with JJ. No big deal but of course Scabby had to have a dramatic scene over it to ensure that she gets airtime.
Thought he was alright at first but now gone completley off him shabby was right he tried to **** stir and it back fired.
I genuinely don't think he purposely sh!t stirred.. I think he sees Shabby exactly for what she is and felt the need to mention it.
I think he's great, but I just wish he had a bit more backbone and would get on his feet and tell Shabby exactly what he thinks of her..
I felt heart sorry for him tonight, he just looked so bewildered by it all.

I think he's a bore and a snake. Comes across as reasonable but he's cleverly putting the boot in when he can.

I cant work out if Ben delibratly means to stir or just runs away with his own conversations, he seems so insecure, and too paranoid about who likes him and who dont, he reminds me of 'nasty nick' ha ha, but not meaning to be nasty. trying to work out the voting business.

But she wasn't glad though, she really likes Josie and JJ.
Ben threw her under the bus and made up a load of bullshine to get JJ off of his back because Ben was being a greedy bastard at the dinner table and JJ didn't appreciate it and thought he was disrespectful so was having a go at him.
It played out right infront of you on the tv.
I honestly wonder sometimes what people are watching.

Err he did more than that.
He made up a load of bullshine about Shabby because JJ was having a go at him. He couldn't handle it so to change the subject he threw Shabby under the bus.
He's a weasel :nono:

Come on the whole thing was hilarious. and then both sets of friends getting involved, I was in stitches. Its like a male to female mirror Ben/Shabby, Mario/caoimhe and then Ife/Dave hanging on the side lines. So so funny! All thinking they are right.

Me too as most of them were eating before JJ even sat down,as he said "have we started"so why did he pick Ben out on it? simple he knew nominations were looming.

He said that Shabby was pleased that JJ and Josie were arguing.
Totally made up. Even his good friend Dave said he was in the wrong.
He was just trying to change the subject from himself and on to someone else.

I like Ben - but I suspect he's naive and a bit dum.
Possibly, up until now, his idea of a heated argument would be when people become very polite to each other, but start sentences with things like “With the greatest respect...”
There is something very childish about him – the way he reacts when he thinks he's in trouble, and the way he deals with people shouting at him – Most men are only 12-years-old in their heads, it's just more noticeable with him

All ben was doing was telling a suppose friend Shabby didnt seem that fussed if they were going to leave the house.
There are two-faced people in that house. Look at Josie, earlier after that business about saying JJ had bad breath, she said to the group "I dont dislike him that much". Then later on when she was making up with JJ she told him "you're one of my favourites".
I like Ben and he's getting a hard time in the editing, nothing new there.

what?! poor ben!? that's just ridiculous!! ben was playing the room, desperately trying to get shabby nominated, and he got busted. ben is a nasty snake. he plays people's emotions against each other. he exploits people! he always talks down to people, he always points out other people's flaws which totally irritates me, he thinks he is better than other housemates, ben is such a scumbag. get ben out asap!
shabby is real and direct, ben is sneaky snake!

That's ok in my book. Ben knows Shabby's feelings. If I was stuck in a house I didn't like somebody and I knew they didnt like me Id be doing everything within the rules to get them nominated, and I am sure you would too. So what's the problem? Its all a game. Its not about being nasty or malicious.

But Shabby was loving the negativity that was created from JJ and Josie arguing. You could see it in her eyes. She is the type of person who thrives in a negative and poisonous atmosphere.

If Shabby did rub her hands, and its a shame the editors didnt give us the opportunity to see it (I wonder why!), then she should be judged by her actions. If someone rubs their hands in that way to people arguing or threatening to leave then its safe to presume they're getting delight over it.
Ben did what he felt was best and tell his friend, he has no loyalty to Shabby. Now its all come out Ben is the bad guy in all this and being labeled as "manipulative", "a snake", "malicious" "horrible" etc etc typical overreaction.
I just hope the people watching can see what BB are doing with their editing.

It was made up bullshine.
Her excitement was over going to have a ciggy. Fat Dave his mate saw the same thing but only Ben put a negative spin on it simply to deflect attention because JJ was having a go at Ben for being greedy.
Shabby Ranks doesn't have a problem with Josie or JJ.
Hope that helps :xyxwave:
