Big Brother will not return to Channel 4 after this final series ends in September, the station chief has confirmed.
New Channel 4 chief executive David Abraham said that it was time to find new shows, despite ratings being up on last series.
Asked if he would rule out a Big Brother return, he told The Sun: "I personally would."
The show's current run is averaging 2.9m viewers - up 400,000 on this time last year. :(

yeah, assumed this would be the case tbh.
Endemol buying C5 is the best chance of seeing a new run in a couple of years time.

C4 are far keener on stamping Jamie Oliver's passport by commissioning even more travel/cookery shows - super!
