Was ben closer than any of those people to sunshine? Did all of them not talk to her for the first week and all get on a soap box and say "for the record i do not like you sunshine".

To take first week nominations and some how construct this idea that someone is two faced because they voted for someone else in the first week is pretty daft.

For the record I'm really liking Josie atm so not some huge ben fan just think its outragous lol what happened on HL show.

Its not the fact her voted for her, its the fact he pretended to be/was her friend. Whilst the others weren't necessarily nasty to her, it was obvious she was disliked and was nominated. Ben was the only one saying to Sunshine 'your my mate' and he nominated. People don't dislike the fact 'someone' nominated sunshine, they dislike the fact it was done in a very 2 faced way.

And before the same old idiots start harping on about how 'they werent mates' Ben said they were himself when he voted for her.

You could argue he was considering if she was a close friend or just a friend, still a few he didnt get on with that week/hadnt spoke with he could have nominated.

And that is true pixee, but he could have based it on who he hadnt spoke with as much etc. rather than nom somebody he had spoken with a lot and had told her she was a friend.

I like Ben myself, just think people are defending him a bit too much for something he did wrong. Sunshine does **** I dont like, she can't sing for example, but I dont go onto threads being all anal like 'She has an amazing voice' and calling people who are actually right 'pathetic' (not a rant at you btw, aimed at the more socially retarded members of the forum [and perhaps even the outside world])

As for the question at hand, I dont think JJ was trying to divert attention as he was very little to do with it really (the convo between keeva and shabby). I think him and Dave were just disappointed in Ben.

Yeah I suppose but equally if I was ben i'd be rethinking JJ talking to them about it. It is a game at the end of the day and they all want to win so where in the outside world a bit bitching is nothing it obviously riles people in and outside the house cause there is money at stake which we sometimes forget.

Yeah true. TBH I can kinda see why he nommed her - She was being a bit of a pillock n crying n stuff right before. The thing is, if someones annoying you, you should tell them. You dont suck up to them and then stab them in the back. IMO its no better than pretending to be mates with someone, then walking out the room and immediately slagging them off.

Its not the fact that he did, nor reason why he nommed her that has wound people up, more the approach he took.

But your 100% spot on, it is a game with a cash prize, so I'm not surprised there has been a few naughty tactics, just dont get why people defend them :joker:
