Okay, I think we've more or less established that she spends far too much time around Shabby to the point where it has affected her relationship with the other housemates, not to mention the viewers. But on balance, don't you think the likes of Imogen and Sophie/Dogface got away with far worse?

For all of Caoimhe's poor choice of friends, she doesn't harbour any ill will towards her housemate rivals and doesn't allow house politics to get in the way of her friendship with Mario. Caoimhe has simply bonded well with Shabby and it has no doubt contributed to her feelings towards Ben and co. I can understand accusations of her lack of independent thought and group mentality, but I guess I am all for consistency. This is nothing new in Big Brother and at least Caoimhe has the excuse of actually being Shabby's closest friend in the house. What about all of the other housemates who chose not to nominate Shabby and turn a blind eye to her childishness even though they would have had very little to lose in doing so?

I don't like Caoimhe. I don't like her because she's either poisonous or she's very stupid, and neither one works for me. I decided this when, very early on, she sat in the garden and sang Field of Athenry, a song with clear Republican connections (and before anyone tells me it's just a folk song, ask yourself if you'd ever hear a Loyalist sing it... ever...). Meanwhile, just yards away from her sat a bloke who'd had both his legs blown off by an IRA bomb. After BB's previous panicky, knee-jerk reactions to what they perceive to be racism, I'm shocked they let this bit of sectarian bull**** go. So... like I said, I think she's either poisonous or deeply stupid. Just my opinion, of course...

You have got it wrong. Steve was not near her when she sang that. And besides it is an Irish folk ballad and a sporting anthem.

And what "sectarian bull****" are you referring to?

A bitter person who is very insecure. It seemed that Shabby has actually had to tone down some of Keevah's hatred of Sunshine earlier today.

If you think that song had no "sectarian-bull****" connotions then it's you that's got it wrong. Like I said earlier, would you ever hear a Loyalist sing it? No. Maybe she's just a bit dim and doesn't understand how that song has been used in the past? I was a bit shocked by it, and a bit annoyed on Steve's behalf.

Well you answered it yourself there, if Steve has no problem with Caoimhe, and he has more reason than most, why do you? Steve doesn't have hate in his heart, there is a lesson there for you.

And saying why doesn't a loyalist sing it, well I bet they don't know the words. And the not singing of a song proves nothing, I bet people in china don't sing it either.

No, but I've seen it now.

This is what I get for being a non-LF viewer (long story, defective laptop). Consider this thread null and void.

quaver is justly vilified

"how did that *********g weirdo monk stay"

this one quote sums her character up in one sentence

and explains why she dislikes sunshine as well

she is arrogant bitch who because she herself looks like a mid op transexual is insecure about herself and so dismisses other people she thinks are beneath her level of "coolness" and bitches about them with others to make herself feel better

Keeva thinks she is safe..... but whats sad is that she copies everything Shabby says and does.... why doesnt she just be her own person.I would rather see her go instead of shabby...at least Shabby has her own mind.
