I think he's being a bully because he's discovered he can make fun of her and belittle her and she won't fight back, unlike Josie and, probably, Shabby and some of the others.

I think if we went into the house we probably wouldn't have a clue how to behave in there either. Its okay to sit out here and critisize. You are in a lose lose situation in there if you act yourself you are boring. if you play up you are an attention seeker. If you are loud people think you are cocky.

If you sing you are fake, if you dance you are fake, if you sit and chat you are boring, if you are hardly seen you are sitting on the fence.
