Your thoughts on the save and replace task being used..?

I love it! Its great that housemates dont just go sailing into the final because they are never nominated by enough people to be up.

Just think how hard it'll be for them when there is less housemates and they have to start putting their friends up :D

Hate it. The ones nominated should be up not others. Rachael went all because of this. And before someone says it's just because my favourites are always up, that's not the reason. I just don't like it, it's not fair.

Hate it. It's totally destroyed the entire format of Big Brother for the worse. If you're the most nominated housemates, then you're the most nominated housemates. That's it. And that's what the format's been all along, why change now? They'd have been better off changing it to a vote to save rather than this useless thing.

Undivided. I like the purity of the old system but this does cause conflict with the HM's get to see the person put then up for eviction.

I'm getting used to the idea now but I can't help feeling that fundamentally it is cheating as nominations are supposed to be secret. What's the point of punishing (such that it is) for talking about nomo's when they are in fact forcing them to also nominate publicly?

Patrick you can't only love it when it helps your favourite, that's just sillyness :laugh:

I like it, it keeps things interesting, and also helps stop the clique mentality of picking people from opposing groups off one at a time. I actually think thats why they've done it.

It introduces a new layer of politics into the house while breaking the power of predictable voting blocks.

Plus we get a mini task to watch that has very real consequences.
