In my work place we have a seriously obese guy.
When he goes to the toilet,the rest of us giggle and debate,like kids,about how he manages it.

1-For a piss he would not be able to get near the urinal due to the size of him.Unless he can stand back and has a 25 inch todger it would be impossible for him to use the urinal.
2-He would not be able to use the toilet as he can't fit in the cubicle!

How does he piss?

3-For a dump,i refer you to point number 2.
4-How the hell can he wipe his arse,he is that large its physically impossible for him to reach?

How does he take a dump?

Maybe he goes in to open the tap on his incontinence pants which drain via a hose into the toilet, maybe he just empties his colostomy bag. Does he make a sloshing sound when he walks?

Actually there are growing markets for cheap western food, along with the full range of food additives and trans fats that go with it, in China. It has been similar to the way health was better in Eastern Europe before they were flooded with western foodstuffs.
