Brian Dowling to return plus 3 new housemates according to the Daily Star

THE housemates are to get a nasty shake-up with the return of an old face and the arrival of some new ones.




BB2 winner Brian Dowling, 32, is set to make a return and a new batch of wannabes are on their way in.




Show bosses are planning to spring the two big surprises on the gang next week.




On Wednesday, the housemates will link up live to Channel 4’s Five O’Clock Show, hosted by Vernon Kay, 36. And his special guest that day will be BB2 champ and former trolley dolly Brian.




They will beam into the house at tea time and Brian will take charge of the weekly eviction twist called “save and replace”.




The contestants who have been nominated for the chop will be set a task by him.




And the winner of the live challenge will gain immunity from the axe but must pick someone else to take their place.




Then on Friday, a further shock is in store.




After the eviction, three new housemates will be sent in.




Their arrival is bound to ruffle some feathers.




Josie Gibson, 25, has already said: “I’m worried that they’ll bring in prettier girls.”




A show source said last night: “It’s going to be an explosive week.”

Nadia and Brian were cut from the same housemate cloth. He was the first gay male HM, she was the first (and still only) transgendered HM, both were very quick witted and camp, both had naughty sides, both had argumentative sides and both won. Like all HMs, they weren't popular with everyone but they represent an earlier time in BB, before camp HMs were overtly attention-seeking and surrounded by the equally attention-seeking fame-hungries

Without a doubt, Brian is the ultimate BB winner, he is the one to blame for me being hooked on BB, unfortunately no one has matched up to him in my opinion. But does this mean he wont be one of the ex housemates going in for the final 2 weeks? :bawling:

Brian Dowling? Why? what use was he first time round? I don't people's fascination with this guy at all. As for 3 new h.m, it'll probably be 2 men and 1 woman, the woman'll be young, blonde,percieved as vain (note; not has having self confidence) and probably be noted for having breast implants, living at home and unemployed. Thereby setting her up for lots of humiliation from the crowd and hated by the public.

This show has always been sexist, I'm sad to see old habits die hard. Note that there'll probably be -2 men- and only 1 woman-this'll make sure that the women are outnumbered by the men giving 'em an advantage.
