It's just not funny, even My Family is funnier then that sh*t and that's about as funny as a Children's hospice. I just don't get the love for it at all.

The barrage of advertising for the show really put me off watching this series.
I used to watch the show and it was kind of enjoyable for how unfunny it was in a strange way, but I guess it's outwearing it's welcome for some people now.
Chris Morris should go back to doing black comedy. None of this sitcom rubbish.

Some are really funny, others really bad
Not finding this new series very funny
I think the countdown tnettenba thing that they keep advertising on Channel 4 for IT crowd, was the funniest part of IT crowd yesterday and that was worth a smile at most

It's very like Father Ted. I read this year it's been written by a team of writers, My Family style, or just how american sitcoms are written.
It is funny, just not brilliant. For brilliant you have to go back to Steptoe and Son, or Porridge.

The best comedy writers ever, are Galton and Simpson, followed by Clement and La Frenais. Just look at their body of work.

I loved the street Countdown thing :joker:
Simone.

I adore it, I just can't hate it.
I think some episodes are a lot better than others, but they all have moments that make me laugh. Like last night's episode I loved Roy chasing that guy down the street "I'm not a window cleaner! I'm not a window cleaner!"

It's all a game dear.
There's dramatic allusions and inferences in there, even if they're not always obvious. It's not like sticks and stones

Sense and sensibilities.
Some people have more of the former, and some, the latter.

The adverts for it are as unfunny as anything could possibly get tbh.
Which is why I cba to watch it, because I bet it'll be a stupidly overrated programme.
Balls of Steel is my favourite comedy programme by far now.
Family Guy used to be funny but kinda boring now.

It's a terrible show. Every single punchline is so predictable - and it's yet another "ooh look, being weird automatically qualifies as humour nowadays" ****ing philosophy that The Mighty Boosh seem to revel in.
What the hell is the point in a comedy that doesn't make you think? If you're sat there like a ****ing sieve laughing mundanely at the most obvious of character flaws (oh look! Moss is being a bit nerdy! HAAHHAAHAHA!) then you need help.
