Corin suggested that he had a nasty task and he agreed to get her out of the bathroom so he could speak to the TOT.

He didnt mention the suitcases because he had been told not to tell anyone about the task and used the scavvy hat tale to try and get a couple of browny points and smooth over their relationship. Who in their right mind would have said "oh yes, if I had passed the task we all would have gotten our cases" after failing the task? I certainly wouldnt if there were no need.

He hasnt put enough into some of the tasks, I agree, but does that really make him a spineless coward. I think it is more likely that he is just profoundly lazy and possibly/probably spoilt as a kid.

Maybe he will start putting more into it after his wrath from the TOT day later today.
