What exactly is the issue with the admin on this forum and their lack of commitment to the position? As someone who has used other forums before, I must say the amount of trolls roaming around TiBB is disgraceful and some of the behavior is pathetic, they wouldn't last a day on most forums.

I just don't get it? Why do the admin let the forum be ran into the ground.

Since we have this new forum, it's been going wild. It's not the same TIBB anymore. No offence to the mods or admins but it looks like they don't give a ****.

This forum has gone to the ****s for months now. Alot of it is because alot of the moderators are rubbish choices and the ones that actually do some moderating must be getting sick of doing it all the time and getting a bad reputation. Share the workload and if you don't want to be one, then just tell them - because you have a "Super Moderator" sign doesn't make you better than anyone else, half you can't even have a decent conversation. As for the admins, bring back Red Moon. Sure he was annoying and banned you at any given chance but that's what this forum needs. No offence but James and Mark I know you do alot of stuff "behind the scenes" but it's your forum for god sake, interact with the members. You don't even make threads or speak to people. You've lost control of the forum, step down bitches.

Red Moon once told me that the Mods stick together no matter what happens, so this thread will almost certainly be closed. It was a sad day when he left.

The only thing that truly annoys me is how trolls get so many chances, I can think of a few members who should have been permabanned by now but instead they only get temp bans and then end up coming back to get banned again.

OK, personally, I HATE how the infraction system works. I much preferred the 3 strike and you're out thing...was more effective. The way it is now, people come back again and again, and I really don't think a day/2day ban is punishment enough to deter the same behavior.

I am sick to death of people moaning about getting infractions/other people not getting them(even though noone knows how many infractions each other has)

I also am sick of people kicking off with me for not being online 24/7...

Yes it does seem the trolls are running wild. We are getting DS rouges here now which is no good at all. Even though some of the trolls are quite clever and don't technically break the rules, they still manage to be quite offensive.

Guys, firstly i would like to apologise for not being on as often as I have in previous years, I do try but it is hard getting access to the internet while travelling down here in the Southern hemisphere.

Secondly, I understand how annoying it is having trolls run riot, it annoyed me so much last year. I will try speak to james and see if he can get a few extra mods.

Well, yeah I've been thinking recently some extra mods would help. I haven't been online that much recently so can only deal with things that are obviously trollish or rule-breaking, or things that are reported - certainly haven't been reading every thread. We usually get some new moderators during or at the start of BB, didn't really had the chance to sort it out yet. So point taken there I guess.
