If Journey South wins will people say its a fix cause Simons act won
Last year papers were filled with storys saying it was a fix cause Steve won.
They can say what they like but do they have evidence to back it up? I think not!
If that was the case wouldnt 4tune and Additv Ladies have got further
I don't understand why people thought it was a fix last year. Sharon helped Steve win, whether she likes it or not.

The fact that Simon had connections dating back years with brookstain certainly made his getting past the auditions in the first place a little controversial, if not the outcome of the final.
Sharon knows that she 'helped' him to win, and she's said as much in several interviews. But she was absolutely right to say what she said last year, and as we've seen many times over since then, everything that she had to say has proven to be accurate. Max Clifford said in his autobiography that it would have a detrimental effect on her career, which just goes to show that he's not quite as media-savvy as he'd like us to think he is.

I totally agree. I didn't actually watch the show last year, but I saw the clip of the final where Sharon said that stuff about him. Every time I've seen him since, I've become more convinced that Sharon was spot on with her opinions - and was probably the only judge who could see Brookstein for what he was.
