I was watching EastEnders Omnibus [mostly for the gorgeous and funny Stacey] and at the end, the credits read
THANKS TO THE PEOPLE OF EASTENDERS 2005
And has names like Jessie Wallace, Shane Richie, Lacey Turner, and KATE LAWLER flew up. Does Kate have a new job as an extra, behind the scenes? Or is this some 67 year old random old lady who helps clean bathrooms, who has the same name?

Chrizzle, I'm sorry if I offended you. It wasn't meant to be nasty, I was just wondering why it was in the other forum that's all.

I really do have no idea why Kate Lawler was mentioned in Eastenders; I don't watch it, but my guess is that it's just someone with the same name.
