I think they can be both confident/articulate and lively, but Sunshine is probably more quirky/unpredictable.

Personality really, but only on first impressions after she had entered the house. They were thinking of the new HMs pretty much replacing the evicted ones in different ways. Though I don't think the comparison is that valid, the two Racheal/Rachel HMs aren't probably that similar apart from names for instance.
