Many of the larger number posters who've been on a wee while know each other by first names. By convention we seldom use them in the madhouse that is an ongoing BB forum. Wouldn't stop me telling a forum pal that I think their fave Ben is a complete twat.

I don't like this idea. Anyone who's an arse, ban 'em. Simple. No need to go to such great lengths to introduce a system that could compromise someone's safety. Do they not realise, that with someone's full name and general location they could find their home address and telephone number?

i would rather stay as we are. I know a few peoples first names, and roughly where they are from. I don;t want to know much else as some of the posters in here are very young and I am not, I don;t want to appear to be some kind of predator!

I enjoy talking about BB and having a laugh but forums can be a bit dodgy with tpp much personal info about.
