A man will prove the winner in the forthcoming series of Celebrity Big Brother, bookmakers William Hill tipped today.
Young female viewers, who prove big voters, tend to prefer male contestants, the bookmaker said.
A man is likely to win at odds of 4-6, based on previous predictions, spokesman Rupert Adams added.
Odds are also 1-2 that at least one contestant will walk off the show early, which begins on Thursday.
"The majority of people who vote for Big Brother contestants tend to be young female viewers, which automatically makes the male participants the favourites to win," he said.
"But before you put your mortgage on the best-looking housemate, remember Bez. I rest my case."
The Happy Mondays star won the third series of the reality show in January.
Today, the Daily Star reported that Home Alone actor Macaulay Culkin will appear on the show.
