I thinks its pretty much safe to guess it will be a female who wins BB11

This year we have had the worst ever BB male lineup I can remember in the history of the show

There isn`t one single alpha male in that house and all of the guys in their except JJ and sometimes ben are complete dullards to say the least

BB seem to be pushing for a female winner or a JJ win this year it seems that way to me

I mean the BB bosses had a chance to throw in a proper alpha male to shake the guys up like JJ in the house and what did we get Andrew a young geeky guy which has no hell of a chance of winning at all and will not make any difference to the house as a whole infact I don`t feel asif he is even there at times he`s more dull than Nathan even Nathan made himself known with his swearing

The worst part about this is out of the newbies only rachel as any chance of lasting until the final week she is the only decent housemate out of the three and one I wanted in on the launch night in the first pace instead of keeva the bore!

With just 6 weeks left until the final are BB gonna really send in a proper alpha male and shake this housem up good and proper and pull some crazy cracking twists or are they gonna do nothing and let it die and go out with a pop instead of a bang as they promised

Time will tell but I doubt BB producers even care tbh:sleep:

I have to question the need for an alpha male. I take it you mean men like Victor,Jason,Derek Laud or Rex?.

I don't think the "need" for an alpha male is a healthy or fair one, I also don't see alpha males as having particularly healthy personalities.

I think that the need for an alpha male just suggests a desire for a man to come into the house, be rude, agressive and anti-social and then walk away with the prize money.

Isn't there such a thing as an alpha female?, why don't people complain about the lack of them?. It's because it's one rule for one and one rule for another depending on what sex you are, or to put it another way, men can do/say/think and be what they like but women have to do as they're told.

But, hey, knock yourself out. JJ seems quite "Alpha male" with his rudeness, agression and insensitivity so maybe he'll do you proud and win this show for all the "manly" men out there.

But not in My name, I'm not an alpha male, I'm just a very normal down to earth bloke who like women and enjoys their company platonically and in relationships. I have no interest in bullying, patronising, threatening or humiliating, women so by your standards im a wimp.

My loss.:bawling:.......that is, if I gave a crap what the "Alpha-male" supporters club thought of Me.

It's a good change. :)

Other years seem to have just had females there to strip off & look good, I don't think there's really a need for an alpha male at all. A woman winning would be good, three in a row even though I really wish I didn't have to count Rachel in the number of women that have won.

Erm hello this isn`t about my standards I was just saying this year is lacking good male housemates they are all far too boring and dull and its messed up the series big time we cannot just have an house full of girls like BB8 started off and that just flopped

I am not against non alpha males at all JJ seems ok but a bit of a creep

But there isn`t anyone in there to challange him is there

Well, I just thought that, since you brought up the subject of Alpha males and the fact that they seemed to be lacking, that you wanted them, in which case, because I'm not an Alpha-male I must be lacking in some way in your opinion? if this is wrong, I'm sorry, but I just thought you must be in favour of Alpha males because you started a thread about them.

I refered to jj as an Alpha male because he seems to be getting a reputation as one, whether he's a creep or not.

I really don't get the so-called need for an Alpah male in the house, someone else said they wanted an Alpha male in there a few weeks ago but what's wrong with the women? seriously. Why shuldn't there be strong women in the house and less strong men? where's the harm?.

Maybe I'm just a boring feminist but I think all this talk about Alpha amles is pointless and an insult to women whether they're strong and confident like Keeley seems to be-I wonder how people have reacted to her btw-or unasuming like Ify.

Rachel is a reality TV veteran, I'm a bit sick of them. I would prefer less wannabes. So far it would seem the men are the main force as they are the ones mainly being promoted as being the main part of the show. Boring whatever.

That's the opposite of what I thought Sunshine was, yet she's your favorite.

Is she looking for a career in TV/the media? I didn't realise that perhaps you can enlighten us all.

The only decent male in the house is Ben. The rest could be evicted tomorrow and no one would know... or care.

Alpha males are boring - usually dull meatheads who talk about booze, girls and football! Please - it makes a nice change to be spared their mind-numbingly-boring conversation and 'tough-guy' antics, thanks!

Enlighten you all ? Who else are you speaking for?

Most of the time in the house, I saw Sunshine singing and dancing for the cameras, it was my opinion that she wanted to be noticed for her resemblance to Lady Gaga and not that of who she was as a person.

Me! I would care:elephant:

89% of last weeks eviction, tells a different story.

I don't think there has ever been a BB series where the males have dominated.
Women always carry this show.

The others didn't do singing and dancing in the house? 99.9% of the time she made no attempt to look like Lady Gaga. She was simply herself, genuine. She had many different kinds of looks in the house anyway.

99.9% of the time she made no attempt to look like Lady Gaga. I thought she did on many occasions

She had many different kinds of looks in the house anyway. Yes, I agree with you on this. That's what I liked about her.

By saying I thought she was acting like a wannabee, doesn't mean I didn't enjoy her in the house. I was disappointed by her early exit, but that's the nature of the show.

I don't understand how you can say that because the women have always seemed to be unpopular with the public and they're more often than not voted out at a higher rate than the men; the women get booted out faster than the men, and the women get a worse receptin than the men when they're evicted.

starry

All of them have sang and danced as they have to create their own entertainment. And she has never said she wants a singing career anyway.

And you say she had many looks and yet you say she just wanted to look like Lady GaGa, big contradiction there.

How is that a contradiction?

Do you not agree that Lady Gaga has many looks ?

Cornheeva,

Keely
entertaining for all the wrong reasons. Only 3 men are worth mentioning.

I don't think I could even watch with Ife on screen, I'd struggle with Keeva as well.
