It is difficult to tell from watching on TV as it is difficult to get height into perception. And they say the camera adds a few pounds (there's a lot of cameras in there).

That is utter nonsense. This is my area of study and you sir, are talking class A. bull****. Obesity levels have nothing to do with weight but body fat percentage, so one could potentially be 7 stone and be obese depending on obvious factors such as height, bone structure, gender, age etc.
