Why does John James care so much about Josie?

I mean, tonight's highlights show, in particular the diary room part, was amongst the most cringe worthy and corny moments in Big Brother history. I don't see why Big Brother stepped in and sorted it all. Seems to me like favouritism.

Anyway I thought the way John James wept in the diary room was pathetic and equally pathetic on Josie's behalf to act like she was never going to forgive him and be so awkward about the matter to then brown nose him in the diary room.

No, I never felt it was as deep as love, I was meaning he had fallen for her in a caring way, like a soul mate. The way they act around each other is like that of a married couple.

I believe he was genuine in the diary room, just didn't know how to go forward with this friendship he had created with Josie.

I think paranoia plays a big part in all this too. Josie played her cards by going on about John going for Keelely, I believe she wound herself up with that one, just as I believe John takes thing too far in most cases.

I wouldn't rule out whether they are destined to be together or not, who knows how this friendship/relationship will develop?
