Yes, he's a little guy too but she really looks seriously unfit and men have a huge advantage on that task due to natural core strength compared to the average woman which is really needed to hold good balance on one of those things.

Been on one of those bulls myself three different occasions, didn't do too badly, but shorter guys with shorter torsos seem to perform better. Surprised one of them didn't sprain a wrist coming off of it, it's pretty easy to land in dangerous positions coming off that thing.
