Has anyone noticed that lump on the side of his neck or is it just me

A head on the side of his neck can't be healthy, You'd imagine someone else would have noticed this.

Yes, I've noticed, he doesn't have one the other side either. It looks like his Adam's apple's gone walkabout.

LOL, but seriously on the left side of his neck if you look he has a small lump near the top of his neck
