Of course some housemates have gone into the house with a gameplan and act fake in order to look good to increase their chances of winning. And some do let their masks slip revealing a 'bad' side of them which they tried hiding.
However, its annoying to suggest that a housemate has revealed a 'bad' side just because he or she got irritated or a bit pissed at something. I have noticed several times that people are saying Corin's masked slipped when she argued at Bed-gate and then with John James the other day, and now Steve has apparently shown some secret evil side to him because he expressed his annoyance in tonight's HL show.
Why cant people who are genuinely nice and are normally quite relaxed get angry? I mean heck Im quite a laid back person but sometimes I get in an argument, does that mean I have an inner devil within me that Im unaware of?
I hate how the word 'fake' is thrown about too quickly when it comes to BB!

Just one of the latest 'in' words - like legend!

The reason Steve is getting so much flak is that he has held himself up as this upstanding, selfless war hero who was moralising to Ben about showing respect etc, and the minute some little tart walks into the house who shows him a bit of attention, he loses all his dignity and the respect he's built up in the house and with the viewers. I think he may have damaged his chances of even reaching the final. If we saw a different side to him, then the HMs who live with him 24/7 sure as hell did too.

I thought Steve behaved really badly toward Keeley in the early part of the show. He just seemed to switch on her for no reason, he is the one she has been nice to since she went in. He just seemed to be throwing his weight around and acting like lord of the manner. :)

He has said himself that hes only having a laugh and joke about though? If Im honest he probably felt a bit ignored before, but Keeley has gone in and given him some attention and is enjoying her company. When he described her as making him go 'funny', I though oooer hang on youre married and have kids, but if you look at it, he probably feels pleased and somewhat emotional that somebody has gone straight in and befriended him, nice guy. Was a bit boring because he is restricted to what he can do, but hes been doing more now and definitely genuine for sure.

They seem to have a bit of banter going on about who is the real ruler of the house. Baron v Baroness, nothing he meant seriously I dont think although Keeley did seem a bit upset about it.

I have no problem with most people like that, it means you have more depth to you eg. Corin. She cant alwyas be happy.
But the Steve thing annoys me, he lays back and as soon as competition comes in, he completely changes, he feels very threatened by Keeley and treated her horribly at the beginning of tonights show, its a good thing she can handle herself, most other girls would have cried, especially because Steve said what he was saying.
