Well it's fairly obvious Josie is using Andrew as a prop trying desperately to annoy JJ.

But why does Josie think she has superiority over Andrew..

She's not overly intelligent, charismatic or good looking.

Indeed, Andrew isnt a child, he knows whats going on and he is fully involved in the jokes as an equal. There is a real obvious fondness between the two of them, and a shared sense of humour.

Everything Cao does is to an intended end, and timed for maximum damage (the smug smirks, the fondling of JJ, kicking off about a shopping budget 10 mins from the end...).

She has made it clear that she dosent want 'happy families' and she revels in friction and discontent.

I don't think Josie was necessarily using Andrew because he went along with it and they all found it funny because it was just a bit of fun. I think Josie does like Andrew as a friend and she isn't faking it to get to John or anyone.

There is no point trying to debate this point here. A fervent few people have their "BB goggles" on and won't see what you see.
