It's possible, Rachel was telling Josie that sometimes she looks at Ben and really fancies him, and they've been snuggling up on the bed and in the den a lot. He told her he would take her to a big event in London so she can wear a posh frock, and she was excited about that. I don't think there'd be any big romance there, but they might have a fling - lucky girl.
