They couldn't just go with the people who received the next most nominations because the people who nominated Caoimhe would have one nomination wasted. It could be completely different if the people who nominated Caoimhe nominated someone else.

I would love them to put the whole house up - then it would be made clear to the hm's who is actually liked and disliked by the public - I think the dynamics would then change in their - really stir it up. Or alternatively even though she is gone I would love if Caomhie was given the option of putting someone up instead of her ....................... Josie!!!
