View Full Version : My BIG BB11 Rant

Right.

Firstly the housemate selection is ****ed up. Steve is the most boring housemate I've ever come across and why put another boring maths geek in when they could have someone who would caus trouble and get people watching. I'm seriously considering turning off BB this year and I never thought i'd say that.

Sunshine- why did the public evict her, she's way more entertaining that that ****er friar tuck and his boring friend Steve. Josie is my favourite along with JJ, although tbh they're not incredible and I don't see why BB just dosen't do a mass eviction and get rid of the boring ones.

People say- 'Why would I want to sit on a sofa watching people sit on a sofa' and for once I agree with them this year. BB have put no effort in whatsoever.

We had that fantastic publicity stuff (funeral trailer, flower eye, beautiful house pictures) and then we get one of the most boring series' since BB4!

BB10 was WAY more entertaining that this. Save and Replace- seriously wtf, was fun at first but now it's just pathetic and I am sick to the eyeballs of seeing friar tuck and his merry boring men escape eviction.

The thing to really put the cherry on the cake would be Steve making the final- which I can see happening.

Have BB put any effort in whatsoever? Maybe they thought 'We make a lovely house and waste it on boring shites cos that's what they are doing!

Okay so we had three new housemates. They entered in a spaceship- wow!? Only a five year old would be properly amazed with that. And what did that bloody spaceship carry:
A boring maths geek.
A girl who bigs herself up in her VT and then is boring in the house.
And a midget business woman who is suprisingly one of the more entertaining ones although may not return due to a sprained ankle.

BB had the opportunity there for a great twist, they've had so many opportunities for great twists. But have they? No. The series is mainly down to the housemates and this years housemates look as if they'd been picked up from round the back of halfords. A sad pathetic bunch of bores.

'BB will go out with an ALMIGHTY BANG!!' stated Davina on launch. Maybe this 'almighty bang' has failed to go off.

I tell you what BB, please do something about it a.s.a.p.

Thanks for reading :-)

I'd like to add that this series is ****ing cheesy as hell. The circus theme is being taken to the extreme - I can't stand those drum beats on the beginning of eviction nights. And the fact that music plays when housemates are doing tasks and when they're evicted ****s everything up.

BB7 FTW.

The producers have failed us, so much for going out with a bang.

I mean we should of ran it, we all make great twists and have better ideas than the producers.

I agree this year is quite dire so far but with only 5 weeks to go I'm not sure how they are going to rescue it - I really hope they do though but I'm not holding my breath..................

BB11 has been FAIL

but it's going to get even worse with this stupid glee bollocks tasks

scrap the task

put the whole house up and have a triple eviction on friday

then put about 5-6 new HMs in ALL under 25 and up for a laugh, gettin pi**ed and messing about

where is the fun this year?

fun HMs + Alcohol = entertainment + big rows

I got a thrill reading that. Thanks. I totally agree.

This series needs a secret house, good tasks, BB7-topping twists, a tripple eviction for the whole house were it's vote to save, some new (****ing well picked housemates).

to be fair to Andrew I think if he was in there with 5-6 fun HMs he would join in and would be very entertaining to watch him as would Rachel and Keeley

3 new HMs are not the problem, its the old deadwood who are boring

Steve, Dave, Ben, Corin, Josie and JJ are useless bores

can stick the JJJ showmance up BB's arse

This series needs a secret house,.

I don't think it'll work this time. Nothing gets past this lot. They don't know when to shut up either.

The housemates this year prefer to have chats more than get pissed and have a good time. Seriously though where's the fun!

I think I'd rather watch repeats of BB7 then BB11. It's awful in comparison to the others. Second worst ever.

I can't believe I ever criticised BB8 for being boring, because it was on a whole different level to this series. At least BB8 was worth watching...with this series I just can't be bothered. I'm only sticking with it [the HL's show] because it's the last series and I don't see the point in giving up now. But I'm just so disappointed.

Without a doubt one of the worst casts ever, if not the worst cast ever. The small minority of this year's crop that were worthwhile have either been evicted or have walked; Shabby, Rachael etc. But even then, these HM's don't compare in anyway to those of previous years. Housemates like Marcus and Makosi are just on a completely different level.

The Tree of Temptation is even pathetic now. I mean, seriously, dressing up as another housemate for a day? Is that really the best they can come up with? Laughable. And then the smaller tasks - putting tights over your head? LMFAO, awful. In fairness the shopping tasks have been good, but that's it.

And what's with the stupid editing? I feel like I'm watching CBBC sometimes. The stupid music during tasks ruins it and then the changes to the graphics etc is just ridiculous, eg. when they made it look like a comic book during the Superhero task. Oh and then the continuous Nominations montage is dreadful. I liked it when we could see what was going on whilst nominations were in progress.

Evictions are a joke - what's with the stupid music at the start and the music as they come out of the house?

Next to no alcohol either. I realised it was stupid of me to think that they'd just stick their middle finger up to OFCOM and C4 for the last series.

And finally there has been no twists. What happened to 'going out with a bang'? :joker:

Last year's production was piss poor, but the housemates made up for it. I guess the assumed this year would be the same - but it isn't, and they aren't doing anything to rectify it. We're soon going to be left with a bunch of dull, non-entities sitting in a house making small talk about tea and biscuits. And for once, I really would find watching paint dry more entertaining.

Just piss poor, Endemol. Absolutely piss poor.

Vote to save double eviction, would be fun.
I really don't give a crap about any of the bores in there, and half is that they are boring characters the other half is the tedious editing. I would rather have a HM I love to hate then have eviction after eviction where I don't even care who leaves.
BB10 had its moments, it had some shamble times such as a lot of crap HM's coming in half way through only to walk out but I still had favourites and there were HM's who had character and liked having a good time and would have a blow up now and then.
I keep watching because about once a week there is a well edited show with a bit less tedious romance drivel. At this point I am still trying to think the only way is up but I get proved wrong with another trying HL episode.

Yes its fast beating BB8 and BB4 as the worst ever series of BB ever I am seriously going to stop watching and turn to BBUSA instead

Its the producers, their not giving them drinks to get pissed.

JJ, Mario and Caomhie the other night agreed that the tasks and no twists are crap this year.

They also complianed that the aprtys they are given are ****.

I think on l/f someone said they ordered like 40 cans or lagar and 2 bottles of wine last week and still havent had any of it

I think I'd rather watch repeats of BB7 then BB11. It's awful in comparison to the others. Second worst ever.

Agree entirely. Get someone to flood the house, end the series and we'll watch repeats until september.

I watched BB8 and gave up on Day 61. This year I think I'm heading for a much earlier exit.

Yes, can't agree more. Public always evict entertainers then complain it's boring. Sunshine was more entertaining that bloody friar tuck and his merry men in there at the moment. Marcus was a BB legend, enough said.

Hahaha, agreed that 'Ben Day' was pathetic. Dress up as Ben for a day. And that tight thing was awful too. They've got worse and worse.

Agree again, noms are awful although I like the table, helps us know whats happening. With the silly task music you can't see the whole task and only see snippets. Awful.

Evictions are a joke - what's with the stupid music at the start and the music as they come out of the house?

Evictions- Don't get me started. Music-Hate. Best bits not being played to housemates- Joke. 10 minute interview- A piss take really!

Next to no alcohol either. I realised it was stupid of me to think that they'd just stick their middle finger up to OFCOM and C4 for the last series.

Exactly, they've been getting bits and bobs but tbh they're so boring alcohol wouldn't even make a difference.

And finally there has been no twists. What happened to 'going out
with a bang'? :joker:

I rest my case. They've had so many opportunities for a twist, BB10 had none but was still entertaining, are we gonna have no twists for BB11!?

Last year's production was piss poor, but the housemates made up for it. I guess the assumed this year would be the same - but it isn't, and they aren't doing anything to rectify it. We're soon going to be left with a bunch of dull, non-entities sitting in a house making small talk about tea and biscuits. And for once, I really would find watching paint dry more entertaining.

Agree yet again- BB10's house was awful but the housemates made up for it big-time. BB11's house is lovely but the housemates are awful.

Just piss poor, Endemol. Absolutely piss poor.

I agree fully with everything. But honestly and truly, BB8 was worse. Seriously, the ONLY good things about BB8 were the long walkway outside the house, Shabnam, Carol, Brian and Charley.

I think the recession might have fadged the past couple of series' up. I mean they had that stupid ****ing bitch Zezi for BBLB9, and now no BBLB studio so they have to do everything outside the house
