I think you will find that the one who makes most derogatory comments about Josies weight is Josie herself.

She was moaning in the kitchen about her weight and how she wanted to slim down to a 12. Dave said she didn't need to get as low as a 12, his wife is a 14 and looks great. Of course Josie turned that whole conversation around to sound like Dave attacking her. She's obviously deeply unhappy with her weight.
