It just seems so... a lot of troll threads are left standing for a long time, and that can't be good for new traffic right?

No lol, applications were open until about 2 weeks ago for anyone who wanted to apply, the admin/mods are discussing the apps and deciding based on who they think is best suited to the job.

Mods are working fine.
The other day a troll entered another Josie haters thread and tried to spam it mindlessly in an effort to get some members to tell them to f-off. That way the troll could hit report and get the thread locked. Pretty pathetic really, but the mod just deleted all the nothing post, banned the troll and left the thread open.
Mods are doing a great job.

The new mods are currently being trained in the art of inconsistency. Then they will be unleashed on the forum.

Cross your fingers and hope theyre not enemies of yours!

I didn't. It's his thread. He's arguing the need for more mods despite them dealing with him regularly. The paradox deserved mentioning. :P
