He just said to Dave "have you noticed with the arrival of the new hms Josie is starting to sound more Bristol than normal. I wonder why that is?" He knows why it is, it makes her seem more dopey and less threatening. Ben has a good eye on peoples game but likes to drop it in and leave them to think about it.

I think she does have a accent but she definately hams it up to sound like a dozy simpleton.
