I don't dislike the guy, but the way he smokes his cig is just plain odd.
I used to smoke, and if I had been to the dentist, I would sometimes try to light a cig before the numbness wore off properly.
That's how I must have looked! So maybe it has something to do with his botched lip-job, but it's still bizarre to watch.
LOL now that you mention it the lighting up after the dentist analogy is soo apt!!! Must be an unfortunate result of his trout pout

Actually, there's a technique where you hold you lips together, whilst taking a long draw.. :bored: ... Oh dear.. it's a good thing I don't smoke anymore!!!

Talking smoking ingeneral this year there seems to be alot of smokers in the house, how many actually smoke i haven't counted.

Little off topic, but I wonder what BB will do when the (fascist?) government introduce the anti-smoking laws for the work place. I know England isn't introducing them as widely as the Irish Republic has or Northern Ireland (and Scotland I think) will eventually, but I seem to remember they will ban smoking in the workplace. (or at least they will eventually). Does the BB huse count as a workplace or enclosed public space. Are the HM's considered employees. Does BB owe them a duty of care? What about the cameramen behind the walls, could the secondhand smoke permeate through the BB walls to get them???
Personally, I think it just be much easier for the government to drop the smoking ban idea, cos it will cause too much havoc for BB. :bouncy: I'm off to write to Tony Blair and alert him of this forthcoming potential political landmine :eureka:

Must be hard in a group of 11, only 2 don't smoke.
I'd refuse to be in the room with all the smoke, but I get the feeling these celebs aren't the kind to be co-operative

Yeh rula is a very heavy smoker, it's obvious in her voice and face and she also brought nictone patches into the house...
Pete does smoke his fag in a rather scary way!! I think its his lips that get in the way.

Yeah Rula did take in Nicotine Patches but she won't resist the temptation from fellow housemates. I think housemates use the smoking for maturity purposes which doesn't work... I'd feel sorry for any non smoker in that house, they'll all be so smelly in that crammed place!

It is pretty strange. He puts it between his teeth, from what I've seen. He was eating a bowl of yoghurt a few days ago, and that was pretty bizarre viewing. And everything he drinks is through a straw. I suppose he has very little feeling in his lips, but there must be some there, as otherwise I'd expect his speech would be noticeably affected.

Well from the interview clip we saw on launch night, I don't think it was what he initially intended. It was a botched operation, similar to what happened to Leslie Ash a few years ago.

Well they knew the consequences and shouldn't have opted for the surgery... personally I don't see the point in botox or any other surgery for that matter... It always seems to go wrong even when the celebs have the 'best' doctors available.:flower:
