They know it can be a reward for the housemates or the housemate doing the task so why the hell do they make it bloody obvious every time???
john james said "you have to do what you have to do"....it says it all..he knows its a task ...but aint runing it for him.
That was the most obvious secret task ever!!!!!

Because they are idiots.
And actually, the Tree should fail Andrew because of it - considering they've basically announced that they've worked out it's a task.
They've been far too lenient in the past...if they kept failing them then maybe they'd eventually learn to keep their ****ing mouths shut.

Well Mario should have more sense because he had to do one for weeks. The other 2 are just idiots, Steve knows he cannot be ounished much for a failed task, it almost like he isnt there most of the time. Dave has a wierd agenda, he claims to be Christian, he claims to be a fiend of Bens, he gossips loads to JJames,in fact his actions are oftem very UN-Christian, he sets Ben up many times for a fall and uses JJames to do it at times too.I find Dave a wrecker, he wnats to spoli things for anyone else but expects support for himself. Steve is just grumpy and cannot be bothered, he is a waste of time in there and Mario is very silly at times and jumps on the bandwagons rolling at the time mainly Dave's bandwagon.
They just like to try to show how clever they are - the idiots

The tasks tend to be very obvious. And really the people who decide whether a task is successful or not are the producers and normally they want to say they are successful anyway. Sometimes they even give HMs several opportunities to pass the task.
A secret mission is actually of huge benefit to the HM that gets it as all in the house surely know. It gives them airtime and it gives them the sympathy of the audience who feel only they and the HM know about what is happening.

They are always suspecting things are secret tasks, perhaps theyve been over-done and started too early which arised suspicion from week 1.
