Big baddies break up the lovers!

Just like BB2, when Brian, Dean and Elizabeth conspired to break up the lovers, Paul and Helen, it has happened again. It proves that history does repeat itself.

On this occasion, the big baddies are Jade, Jonny and Kate, who have split up the lovers Alex and Tim.

However, this years lovers are less sporting that last years, and rather than shaking hands with their fellow contestants, and understanding that "you have to nominate someone", this year's lovers retreated to the bedroom, where they indulged in their usual intimate whinging and moaning, (although Alex first did a couple of laps of the garden muttering "Alex... and Tim" repeatedly).

Each was talking about walking. Alex sooner, Tim was saying that in the very unlikely event that he survives and Alex goes, he will walk out Saturday (another good reason to vote Alex out). At one point, I kid you not, they were gazing into each other's eyes and Alex said "Tim..." and Tim said "Alex..."!

They lamented the departures of PJ (who they seem convinced would have preferred them to Kate and Jonny), Spencer and Adele. Tim said that he expected Alex to stay, and that he would win it, but Alex said it would not be worth it if he had to share with "those three monkeys".

So, unlike last year, the two lovers have not taken it as philosophically, and are not going to make the most of the time they have left.

Assuming Tim leaves Friday, will he be waiting for Alex at the gate next week? Will he "look so different" (I hope so!)? Will he have gifts in abundance to present during Davina's interview?

It's such a shame they don't have a Den this year....

I was thinking along similar lines myself last night oldgit when I saw how 'them and us' it had become, just like last year.

I won't hold my breath for the photoshoot in Hello on 'Alex and Tim on a Romantic break in Paris' and 'What happened when the camera's stopped rolling' though.

I mean, it is just a meeting of minds, isn't it?

wouldn't it be great if Alex and Tim got exactly the same votes each and both are evicted Friday !
They could then leave hand in hand and let us enjoy the next week watching the three people who I think now deserve to be in the final week, at least we will be entertained.

What amazes me is that we know that Tim watched some of the show before he was called up to join them so he was aware of what to expect in the house and knew who was there. Why did he bother then to go through with it ?

We have seen over the weeks how Alex has been easily influenced by Sandy, then Adele and now Tim.

He as far as I have seen, under the spell of these 3, has been as much 2 faced as Jade has been accused of.

Yes, he may be popular with the public because of his model looks but people should look beyond that, I know that I do not think that he deserves to progress any further unless he learns to lighten up and try to make the most of the experience that he has been lucky to have been given.

i think alex is more upset kate nominated him,he thought they had patched up their differences(stupid fool)he should of known better,and all that sweet talk and kisses and massaging etc,was all a big act from kate,but alex knows different now,but he's still hurt.

At the end of the day they have to nominate two people,Kate,Jonny and Jade have a good laugh together and Tim has dragged Alex down to his level of boredom so the result is not that much of a shock to me :wavey:

I don't think Kate would have nominated Alex had the nominations been two days earlier, she really tried hard with him but at the end of the day, she needs some fun to get through the last week, Jonny and Jade will supply it, Alex and Tim won't. I think that is why the voting went the way it did.

If Alex is upset that anyone nominated him, he should think long and hard why. All the "model" looks might have got him so far in life, but there is nothing inside!

Breaking up young lovers - more like a pair of old women. They seem to be spending all their time moaning about the others, being bored, wanting to go, not enjoying themselves etc. They seem to be influencing each other. Its not surprising they were both up for eviction its difficult to see where one stops and the other starts. Im surprised they havent got their knitting out yet. At least the others are trying to enjoy themselves. Five minutes of listening to them is a perfect answer to insomnia!!!!! :sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep:

Talk about hiding the van, I think the van with the men in white coats will be picking up Alex soon.:laugh:Why when they did that hide and seek thing, did alex start having at go at Jade, about going on and repeating herself. It was supposed to be a bit of fun, Alex. I don't know, when Jade said I'm going to bed someone should have put him straight. Quite agree Steve. Alex (and the others for that matter) should know how Jade takes things to heart - she's very much a 'face value' sort of girl. Alex should have known he would upset her. Unnecessarily cruel I thought and will win him no friends.
