I kind of like Dave. I don't agree with the religious stuff and I don't like the "drunk on the Lord" thing, but he does make me laugh sometimes.

If he didn't have an ulterior motive for entering the house, I could probably agree with you.

He's my favourite now :) I haven't disliked him throughout the whole show and he's always been in my top 4/5 but this past week he's been really entertaining!

No, I don't. Why should I? He's in there to be judged on what he does in the house, not on what he does on the outside.

I've gone right off dave after reading this:

Andrew asked for five volunteers, and said that five new housemates would enter from "a second house".

Corin, JJ, Josie, John James and David volunteered, while the other housemates, including Ben and Mario, stayed on the ground. John James and David both challenged Ben after the event, asking why he had not volunteered to leave so that new housemate JJ could stay.

John James and David continued to deride Ben for his actions throughout the afternoon, with the Australian saying: "[JJ'd] proven himself in two seconds, that's more than Benny's done in 47 days." The housemates laughed, with David adding: "He'll grow some stones one day. Rachel's seen through him." Rachel then joined in in ridiculing Ben, saying: "Yeah, the accent threw me. I was sucked in by the quiff."

Would they have put in an Islamic fundamentalist....not in a million years would they, would the put in a scientologist, nope. I'd even go as far as to say they wouldn't put in an ultra orthodox jewish person in there.....But a christian fundamentalist, hey no probs roll out the red carpet.
Its totally wrong, it causes conflict and breeds sectarianism, you can't denie it, i could link about 50 threads on this site alone.
I could go on but I'm getting fed up proving my point, its become boring but it still has to be said.
Disregard weather you like him or dislike him, if only for the sake of balance, he shouldn't be allowed in there.
There was a time and a place for people like Dave....Spain....1480

Dave is one of the funniest ones in there. He may be weird, but he's funny to watch and stands out as a character unlike many in there. IMO he's this year's Marcus. I actually think he DOES have a chance of winning - why not?
