Yes, I remember him. He was a terible singer but very cute. I liked him.

Some years ago I saw him in a program, he was signing autographs to exciting group of people who spotted him at an airport. He answered to a interviewer what he was doing lately then he answered he was studying something.
I was surprised his popularity that time but I did not know he was that popular until now.

I think the magic is pure his personality.
