Dave stiring up the arugment between Ben and Rachel

With friends like him who needs enemies. The way he strutted out of the bathroom to get her was very childish. Dave turns the knife in Ben quite often.

I watched it on LF yesterday..Dave had been non-stop bitching about Ben to the other HMs. He then caught up with Ben in the Bathroom where Ben asked him if he (dave) was annoyed with him. Having non stop torn into Ben, Dave turned his answer into being about Rachel to steer clear of being caught out as the two faced back-stabber he has shown himself to be.
Later, he told Andrew that he had caught Ben in a lie and had said:'Right, I'll go and get Rachel then' ... he was trying to get Andrew to turn against Ben just as he had with the others all throughout the day, Andrew wouldn't believe Ben had behaved maliciously so dave reinforced his message with the lie about fetching Rachel...I hope he goes on Friday.

Well what did you expect Ben to do when his supposed "best friend" is accusing him of being a liar? He wanted Rachel to say it to his face, and it turns out Ben was right and Rachel just put her spin on it. Why didn't Dave, a 38 year old man and supposedly a christian who should know truth from lies, not know that there was no way there was any relationship between Ben and Rachel, and Ben is free to talk to whomever he wished? Or is Dave secretly extremely jealous of Ben? A true friend would never be so quick to think badly of someone they profess to care about. Dave is a sh*t stirrer and I hope he's out this week.

It was not attractive and one of the first clear signs the pressure is really getting on him. I notice a few others getting hostile, pushy.. i think its mounting on some.

But yeah.. he wasn't so much 'stirring others' but that was him getting all pissy and annoyed and starting to crack a bit.

Ben needs to wise up that he has no friends in that place - they don't like the fact that Ben marches to his own beat and isn't a sheep like the rest of them and that makes them quite jealous of him. He is well within his rights to talk to the new housemates as it must be a breath of fresh air for him to have new subjects to talk about and if the others can't understand that he is a touchy feely type person then they all need to grow up a bit - putting an arm around someone doesn't not constitute a marriage contract!!!

Rachel is the biggest stirrer. She has just tried to set Ben up. Jo is talking to Ben, he told her she could visit him in London, Rachel then comes in and says he said the same to her.
She is prattling on about him inviting more than one person, she is such a twit.
