JJ and John James.

I mean, WTF? Who makes friends like that in the real world?

Sure you might gravitate towards people of similar ages and tastes but you don't do it so consciously! It all seems so contrived. they believe they are now really good friends. It makes no sense. They have no idea how they weill actually get on after a few weeks.

It's not unusual, it's a way for a new HM to get integrated into a group. See how Laura has attached herself to Ben from the start. Look at last year how David attached himself to Lisa and Bea to Freddie.

To be honest I'm like that with one of my good mates, everything thinks we have a thing for each other but we don't... its just a strong friendship.

Its kind of weird how JJ went in with the number one aim of being johns best friend. This I think JJ has a definate game plan, I think he has deliberately got clothes similar to John James, and he has been getting spiteful little digs in at Josie, I don't no if anyone else has noticed!
I dont like Joe John I think he's sly. :nono: :devil:

My impression was that John James was a bit concerned that JJ might make a move on Josie, so he decided to befriend him quickly and try to avert any danger?

But I may be wrong in that, it was just how I read it.

I think you make a very good point. I hadn't thought of it that way. Two alpha males after the one alpha female!!!!
