It isn't about andrew fooling around and having fun he is being vulgar.
Your reasoning for JJ1 having no respect for him isn't a reason, it has been forced on there. He hasn't bullied anyone for a long time in the house now, and is definitely not a control freak. Josie has way more control over him. They are both leading each other on at this point, with the problem being josie is now leading Andrew on as well. She needs to make a choice and stick to it.
