what/who would you put in the house to make it really hard for the housemates to past the task?

This week's shopping task has begun... and housemates must do nothing at all! Except for one thing: Ignore the Obvious.

Over the next three days, random events will take place in and around the BB House. Housemates are not permitted to react - at all!

Big Brother deems reacting as:

Pointing, laughing, gasping, gawking, smirking, screaming. jumping, running aaway, eyebrow raising, closing of eyes, flinching, crying, covering of face, burying heads in hands or interacting with the event in any way.

They are also not permitted to discuss the events with their fellow housemates.

So far they've had a stripper enter the House... dressed as a postman. Shortly, they will be joined by a Brass Band!

If I were C4 id open the front doors up and have an Open House day.
But it looks like they already thought of that.

Didnt they do this task last year?

I think I would be rubbish at this task because Id just laugh, when Im not allowed to it makes everything funnier. :(

I did a thread on this yesterday where everyone posted their ideas. There were some really good ones like having the whole prize money on the table with a sign saying 'take me and i'm yours'.

I've cracked it.
The thing to do is focus on the small things instead of the big picture.

For instance, if there's a brass band, instead of thinking OMG a big noisy brass band, you could notice the colour of their uniform or what tune they're playing.

etc etc.

Sounds like a good idea. I would probably spend more time in the bedroom, because i think i would raise my eyebrows without realising it.

I hope if they fail that the task that they still get their messages from home.

another technique is distraction. focus on an activity, like washing the pots, or on a conversation with another HM about anything, even THE WEATHER!!!

If it is true about Shabby making an appearance (which I hope it isn't), I would put her in the nest and when anybody swears, she screams "Heinous" (or hovever you spell it) really loudly. That would be a good shock for the housmates!!

I'd put Phil Mitchell in The Nest for an hour, Ben and Dave's face when they discover their daily meeting has been disturbed, will be priceless.

I would just lay on my back and stare at the sky. Or wear sunglasses and close my eyes.
